Why ATS rejects or ignores your PDF

Upload failure and ATS parsing failure are different problems:

• Size rejection — portal shows error or spinner; fix with compression.
• Image-only resume — upload succeeds but keywords do not parse; fix by exporting digital PDF from Word.
